Peter J. Rogers, Jr.
CEO & Board Chairman
Peter Rogers joined b4 as Chairman of the Board in 2016, following 27 years at MICROS Systems, Inc. as a senior member of their management team. MICROS was acquired by Oracle in 2014 after becoming a global leader in hospitality and retail technology. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University.
Martin MacKinnon
Co-Founder
Martin co-founded b4 after working with a variety of businesses providing financial and strategic advice. He also acts as Board Director and Treasurer for the MacDonald Laurier Institute in Ottawa. Graduating from Saint Mary’s University with an MBA, he has been a critical influence in b4’s growth over the past ten years.
Guido Kerpel
Board Member
After decades in the business, Guido is considered the “go-to guy” by industry leaders as a respected source of information and counsel. He was offered the position of General Manager of the Westin Nova Scotia and over the years has added several resorts to the Canadian portfolio, with a total of eight hotels in the region. Most recently Guido has assumed the position of COO, overseeing both the Canadian and US portfolio of hotels.
