The Post Oak Hotel uses GettaRoom by b4 to facilitate event planning for group bookings and events, as well as part of their overall confirmation and cancellation communication. This gives hotel’s a secure payment portal for deposits during the booking process. Bookers can agree to relevant policies before securely providing payment information for deposits and pre-payments. This data is then encrypted and sent to the hotel PMS.

This intermediary portal makes the hotel payment process more secure. Guests can provide financial data on their own device on their own time, while also creating a better overall experience for guests and event planners.

As a Senior Director of Information Technology, reliability and efficiency are top priorities for any new software Lisa and her team put in place.
