The Client
Holiday Inn Express Vancouver-Metrotown is located directly next to Metropolis at Metrotown, the second largest shopping complex in western Canada.
With fast access to transit systems, Rogers Arena, shopping, entertainment and business centers, the hotel accomodates a healthy mixture of both corporate and leisurely guests.
The Challenge
“Before using TransForm we had our own credit card forms, but they had many limitations. One major limitation being that we could only accept payments within Canada. Many guests had third-parties calling in asking to make payments for their brother, sister, mother, or friend’s stay, and we couldn’t help them.
The credit card forms also took a lot of time. I spent hours of my day going through credit card forms, which was not only a waste of valuable time, but also not secure.”

The Fix
Holiday Inn Express Vancouver-Metrotown needed a secure credit card form that could save labor and time for front desk staff and allow payment to be taken all over the world.
TransForm is a mobile-friendly online payment portal that works with all major payment gateways to mitigate fraud, win chargeback disputes, and put the payment back in the hands of the consumer.
