Black Bear Casino Resort also has an 18-hole golf course, for which the hotel deployed b4’s golf product, the only two-way tee time reservation solution that integrates with Agilysys’s V1 GolfPro. Now powered by both GettaRoom and golf, Black Bear Casino Resort will be able to seamlessly facilitate guestroom and golf bookings, as well as payments, from the same online customer interface. This will help to maximize revenues for both channels in addition to reducing labor requirements to process these transactions.
