b4, a developer and provider of cloud-based hospitality software solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter J. Rogers, Jr. as the new Chairman of the Board. Peter has extensive experience working with hospitality software and will help b4 with future product releases and new partnerships.Peter J. Rogers, Jr. was Executive Vice President at MICROS Systems, Inc, a global leader in Hotel & Resort Property Management Systems. During his 27 years at MICROS, the company grew to a billion dollar business, providing software to more than 35,000 hotels and resort throughout the world, when in 2014, it was sold to Oracle Corporation. In addition to b4, Peter is a board member of two other hospitality software companies.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA Economics-Honors) and New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business (MBA Corporate Finance). He holds a professional certificate in Investor Relations from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Corporate Board Fellowship designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
